Shipping and delivery
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com and include the evidence if required;
2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
3. You must provide a tracking number;
4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.

I had this awkward space above the refrigerator where I am renting. It’s there in case someone wanted to put in a commercial refrigerator that was taller, but in this case the owner did not. This wine rack did the trick. It fits the space and turns it into something usable but removable. The pieces fit together or come apart in literally just a minute, like building blocks to form a pretty sturdy rack.
I can not believe the quality of this wine rack. I do not think the picture does them justice. They are very well made and they look like an expensive piece of furniture. I can not believe that people are ruining them by painting them. I recently put in bamboo hardwood floors and my wife was thrilled how well these matched the flooring. So, the color is perfect. Also as size and weight. I think we’ll buy another one soon.
These racks exceeded my expectations. They are very substantial (i.e. heavy), well made, attractive, and very easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble. It looks nice. Flexible design – you can stack as many as you need together to fit your needs.
I received the wine rack last night and immediately set it up. It is constructed of solid acacia components that join together immediately. When all 6 pieces are interlocked, the entire rack feels very stable. It’s also beautiful!
This rack is much better quality than I expected. The acacia wood, while strong for its weight anyway, is a multi laminate construction so it is probably as strong as an inch thick plywood. Anyone could fit it together in less than two minutes and it could be stacked together for a really nice look. I put it on top of our refrigerator to fill in the gap under the cabinets. It is a very pleasant color so it looks like it was a cabinet accessory which is nice.
Perfect! I repurpose an armoire into a liquor cabinet, painted this wine rack to match and put it inside. The rack makes the whole cabinet look custom-made!. I am so happy with this rack, it’s very solid and pieces fit together snugly and perfect. I will buy these again without hesitation.

This wine rack kit is incredibly well machined. Beautifully finished with very snug tolerances. The delivery time was quick and better than expected. I wish I needed more! Even my wife likes the stackable wine rack. It takes more time to open the package than it does to assemble the pieces. The manufacturer makes it look really good!

I am seriously impressed with this wine rack. It went together SO easily – less than 5 minutes total to assemble. The pieces are well made and fit perfectly together, exactly as they should. It has a good size and is nice and compact. I read a review and immediately decided to buy it. Delivery was also fast, I liked it. Recommend it to everyone!
The wine rack is built well, is attractive and has a perfect quality, the color is also pleasant, but I didn’t like the size, it’s not big enough for me.
