We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com and include the evidence if required;
2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
3. You must provide a tracking number;
4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.

A comfortable brush to use and a good shape brush which gets into most areas, the bristles are quite hard so I’m more inclined to use it for the stubborn burnt on food on pans and trays rather than plates, glasses or mugs.
Love this product. It was soo good at getting rid of burnt stains on my pans without scratching. Plus it’s eco friendly and have been using it for a while without any issues.
Good, solid dish brush
Tested on Teflon pans and genuinely is non scratch. Bristles are firm and will remove a lot of debris. The shape is also practical for narrower cups etc. Only thing to watch out for is that as the brush wears, the wire beneath can protrude, leading to obvious scratch risk, hence 4 stars. That said for the price and the fact it is mostly biodegradable, I’m still a fan and would buy again.
This is a really nice product and has lasted much longer than a plastic one would have. Definitely recommend this to anyone trying to reduce the plastic in their house.
I bought this for its eco credentials, hoping that I would find it a relatively acceptable alternative to plastic foam scourers. I was expecting it to be less effective / easy to use than the sponge scourers, & expecting to have to put up with this & feel virtuous. But this is amazing!! It’s so good at scrubbing, & quicker and easier! The only tiny negative, is that scrambled egg gets stuck in the bristles – & needs some cleaning after. However, it’s about 3 times faster at cleaning scrambled egg pans than sponge scourers, so it’s not an issue. I’ve only used it a couple of times, so I’m really hoping that this lasts a long time, as other reviews have indicated it does. If so, I’m a convert!
Way better than any eco thing I’ve tried so far
Bought this one as opposed to others as this one appeared sturdier. Reviews of the others said that the fibres came loose. Anyway been using this for a month or two and doesn’t look like it’s going to unravel anytime soon. Great for scrubbing pans!
I absolutely love this washing up brush! It’s very sturdy and tough for dried on food and it feels very good that this is a healthier alternative for the planet. The packaging was simple and eco-friendly too.
Nice course brush does not damage the dishes. Great purchase. Long enough for long thermos bottles.
I really love this product! It comes in very eco friendly packaging (all recyclable) and is ready to go as soon as you get it. The handle is really sturdy and even after being left in the washing up bowl several times, has not warped at all! The coconut brittles are strong and durable and help scrub grease from all my pans. The brush end even hold up to cleaning very hot things such as a panini press and due to the many bristles can get into the little groves of everything. The brush has lasted us a couple of months at the moment but seems to be holding out for a lot longer. This is certainly a much better option than buying sponges that get thrown away so often! I LOVE THIS!
Mine has lasted more than 6 months so great value for money!!! Much better looking than most you get at the supermarkets, these are super stylish and love that they’re plastic free! Work really well, totally recommend!

I already had this eco-friendly washing up brush and this was bought as a replacement; I love this dish brush, it’s slightly curved shape makes it easy to use in cups and glasses, and it is stiff enough to scrub off stubborn stains but it does not scratch anything. It is very sturdy and it lasts a long time making it good value for money. I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for a sturdy scrubber for my dishes and this exceeded my expectations. It appears to be good quality and I foresee it lasting a very long time.
Does exactly what you need it too without the guilt of use of unnecessary plastic. Can not rave about it enough.
