We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com and include the evidence if required;
2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
3. You must provide a tracking number;
4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.

My dogs love this toy. It has been fun for them to play with and they haven’t destroyed all of the little balls yet! – Only 1 has been destroyed so far. It’s lasting longer than most of their toys last.

Best toy ever for curious dogs.
My pup loves it! She loves pulling the balls out and also chews on the outer ball by itself. The inside lining comes apart a little bit but she is a stronger chewer than most so no complaints.
There are so many balls inside the large ball! My dogs love these balls, and they are good quality. They have a squeaker inside and are about the size of a tennis ball!
Great for small dog. My yorkie mix is having so much fun with this toy. Her fav is to shake all the balls out (takes her a good 20 minutes shaking to get them all – with ball chasing and squeak breaks in between). She can also fit her head in to dig around for stuff. Add some treats in there too. Quality might not be good for an aggressive chewer, but great concept and loved toy!
This product is amazing for active dogs and this size is perfect for my dogs size. He is always ripping other toys apart and for this toys purpose to have the insides taken out is the cleaner alternative. Overall, this is a great toy for active dog owner that want a way to keep yours busy for a while. The product itself is great very durable, worth the money, and has many different attributes to it as well (the balls inside, squeakers, and crinkle paper). Highly recommend the package even came in ahead of expected. This is also a wonderful trustworthy company… Thank you
My dog enjoys these little balls! He can literally run and play for a long, long time.
Our fur babies love playing catch with these balls. They are the perfect size for our fur babies. These are quite durable too.
Our dogs really like these balls, but with two Frenchies pulling on them, they don’t last. In only a few minutes of play, they rip along a seam or get holes in the fabric and leak stuffing all over.
These balls are one of my dog’s favorite toys. You’ll find her carrying one in her mouth most of the time. She also sleeps with them.
Our god like it, but she broke the sqeakers within minutes (but he is a bit rough with toys)
I bought this about a year ago. It was a hit from the moment I took it out of the box. In fact when I took it out of the box, my dog got so excited he grabbed it out my hand the minute he saw it. The lining of the big ball (ball bag) is beginning to come loose but that is not surprising after a year of fairly heavy use. The individual balls are still going strong and are played with daily. My only criticism would be that the squeakers in the balls are a little small so sometimes they are hard to quickly find but this is still a 5 star toy for my dog. If/when this toy wears out, I will definitely buy again.

I have two dogs who absolutely love this toy! Being able to hide and store the smaller squeaky balls in the big ball is great! The big ball was much larger than expected but the dogs love it and the smaller balls. The little balls have lasted so much longer than I expected! My dogs are very notorious for destroying toys extremely quickly! Overall very pleased! Dogs are happy!
Periodically I hide their favorite toys in the large ball to give them a new adventure. Everything is well made and will last for a long time, at least with my little dogs. I do plan to repurchase at some point!
A great little toy that my dog has absolutely loved.
So far it is holding up to my dog. He is enjoying the challenge of trying to get the balls out.
My shihtzu has many toys but not one that requires him to pull objects out of another object. I thought and do think this toy is a good idea. He didn’t know what to do with it even though I showed him many times. I followed the advice and put treats inside to entice him to take the balls out to get the treats. Instead he rolled the big ball and the treats fell out..lol

He seems to think that it’s his job to empty the ball when I put the 10 smaller ones in it. He plays with each one separately and even likes the container! Good deal for sure.

My dog, Coty loves playing with these. He actually drags the large ball all over the floor until he figures out it has a hole to dig his nose into the larger ball to pull the smaller balls out. What a laugh!
My chihuahua mix loves the toy. She loves to chew plush balls and this one is a winner!!!
Initially I didn’t think she would be interested in it but “Who knows what lurks in the minds of terriers?” I have a similar idea, that’s what brought me to this toy,my terrier is a proven hunter (vermin) I thought would tear guts out of a plush toy, then stuff them back in for another round to kill the gopher, squirrel, rat whatever.
