How do you ship packages?
Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com and include the evidence if required;
2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
3. You must provide a tracking number;
4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.

foldable mobile phone amplifier even better than i expected!
II bought this product for my elderly mother. She loves for us to show her the pictures on our phones, but she can’t always see them clearly. I thought this would be a good solution to enlarge the photo so she could view them more easily. The enlargement wasn’t super clear, so it was hard for her to see, plus you have to position the phone just right for it to work. My son ended up taking it to use with his 3 year old daughter when they go out so she can watch videos while at restaurants, etc. Hopefully they will be able to use it.

Product is beautiful and useful
On the advertisement the enlarged picture fits the whole screen. In reality, I would say it fits about 2/3 of the screen. The picture is somewhat blurred and the colors are a little distorted. I still use it because it DOES enlarge the picture, but it doesn’t come up to the hype or the picture in the advertisement.
Cool thing, convenient to watch movies at night, increases the phone screen to the size of the tablet.
This magnifier screen is super good for the people like me to watch shows (cooking shows) or videos while doing cooking or cleaning the dishes. I have an iPad but it is always busy with my kids. The design is super cool,the view is clear and allows me to watch anything from distance.

Phone screen magnifier is convenient and simple to use. You can use it on your phone. The screen is enlarged and you can see it clearly. You can use it anywhere. It does n’t take up space when you put it away. Your eyes are not so tired. The effect is very good.
This is VERY handy for when my kid wants to watch something and my phone screen is small or they keep touching it and changing the video. This makes the screen bigger and I don’t feel so bad that they are watching on my small phone.

Just what I asked for.
It works as advertised. I bought it for my mother in law, and she is super happy with it.
It does seem little flimsy, but it held up after a couple of month.
The goods came on time. The description corresponds. The packaging is slightly crumpled, but the goods are without damage. The installed screen angle is optimal. The screen suits me. Seller respect.

got it to use with my iPhone for game playing (especially hidden object adventure games) where the objects are usually quite small. it does a great job of magnifying, but the angle of the magnifier is a little off, so have to have the whole board propped at an odd angle to use properly. still like it in spite of this inconvenience.

I like watching shows on my phone, especially when I’m at work. This screen magnifier makes the image in my phone screen bigger. It’s easy to set up and put away. It’s lighter than carrying my table. The screen is bigger than my tablet screen.
I was really surprised. It works great and you do not have to be in a darkened or dark room. It works fine in regular daylight. It is a little awkward sometimes moving it around to get the right angle, but after it is positioned it is great. Good for like two people, or just me, watching a video while waiting for someone in a car. Gives a bigger view. You can even use it as a magnified for small work like knitting or soldering. (My wife knits, I solder, if you were wondering.) Anyway, I am happy.
This is a neat gadget to have if you use your phone a lot to watch movies and TV. It’s clear when it magnifies. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a case. I keep the case on (to answer one person’s question). It’s foldable, so it stores easily. I honestly just put it on my chest and watch it while I’m in bed. When I’m done, I fold it up and put it in my night stand. For the price, and to help save your eyes, I recommend this.
This screen was a great gift for my fiancé for his birthday! He works nights, and on his breaks generally watches shows on his phone, but with such a small screen it can be a hassle. So I bought this in hopes of making his breaks a bit more enjoyable. The screen allows for a larger magnified screen to watch things on. It isn’t very expensive and works great! I thought the quality was really nice and he absolutely loves it!
We love this product because its portable, light weight, and doesnt need to be plugged in. Its super convenient for watching in the car. Our daughter loves watching nursery rhymes so this comes really handy during long car rides for us. The product is as described and functions the way it says.

I do not use this product that much, and the reason why is the lens (which is plastic) is very blurry and not flat. Because it is not flat, there are circular lines on the screen, starting in the middle and spiraling out. This is a hindrance because the middle is usually where I look through to watch. There is also a reflection on the screen that shows up no matter what angle I place it, which is very annoying. Also, the product as a whole is pretty flimsy and fragile. This product is decent, but not as good as I wanted it to be. Call it mediocre.
The quality of the product was good.The shipment was faster than I expected, I thought it would take about a month but it didn’t.
This is not a zooming lens! It is a Fresnel lens!
Overall, I’m quite pleased with this product. A simple and stylish way to make my cell phone image bigger. The image is a bit blurred, but that is to be expected based on the nature of the screen. Better quality than I was anticipating, however! My only complaint is that it feels like the screen itself should be facing the other way (with the smooth side facing out rather than textured side), feels like the image would have been very so slightly smoother that way. Currently it is being utilized by my 7 year old as a stand for his tablet (which has the same size screen as this one), but he’s loving it for that, too!
