We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com and include the evidence if required;
2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
3. You must provide a tracking number;
4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.

I bought this for our puppy and it is still too big, but we expect it to fit by next month. Very cute and I love the large ring. Her current puppy collar has a tiny ring that I can never find when attaching a leash.

We’ve only had this for a few days, but it is cute and my dog is so girly that she loves her new collar. She is older and needs her collar has become big on her. This is a perfect size.

Love this collar ! So cute! The only problem is it constantly loosens by itself ..when I go to grab the collar it almost slips off my puppy’s head 🙁 But it is very durable and super cute!!

Very cute on our pup. It’s more decorative than functional. It gets loose easily when I have put the leash on her. It’s perfect for the holiday season and looks so festive.
This is such a cute and well made puppy collar! We still use a harness for walks and such, but it’s fit since we got her a month ago (8 weeks) and still fits her now with plenty of room. It’s just precious. The print on it was a little bit off, but it doesn’t take away from the overall look. We used warm water and some detergent to hand wash, in a little container and stirred with a spoon. Cleaned right up! Let it sit on a vent to dry, looks brand new. Would definitely recommend.

So far i don’t know the actual durability of this since i just put it on her about 2 weeks ago. But so far so good. It does seem well made, color is bright and flowers are pretty. I had to replace her old collar after it started falling apart. It adjusts enough to fit her neck. She was so excited about it and showed my husband her new collar very proudly.
Although this collar was very cute, and the collar material was great quality.The plastic buckle was loose, with a lot of movement when clasped from the first time on. The clasp opened up when my pup bumped it on a rock not even a month after purchase
LOVE this collar! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. Piper looks amazing, the material is strong but not too ridged. Piper also plays outside a lot, and the white background hasn’t gotten dirty or dingy. Would buy again! **Piper is a pit/boxer mix and weighs 43lbs. I bought a large size and I have PLENTY of room. Could’ve done a medium and been fine.
So pretty! Just what I wanted. Soft to the touch material. Seems sturdy although it’s on a tiny puppy and isn’t testing its durability. But I love it.

Honestly I am extremely happy with this collar. I figured it’s quite a bit cheaper than a lot of collars on the market, especially with the designs, so it might not be that great. I was especially nervous about the latch because my pit is STRONG.But: This is a GREAT product! I haven’t had one issue with the latch and Maddie has pulled on it pretty forcefully SEVERAL times and it never comes undone. The design on it is so colorful and beautiful, great bright colors. I have had it for a few months now and there is no fraying anywhere on the collar.I will DEFINITELY buy again!

Such a pretty collar. Bought this for my dog to wear at a small wedding. Attached a flower and she looked all dressed up. The collar itself is nicely made. It’s true to size, securely fastened and seems sturdy. The inside is soft, doesn’t irritate her or loosen up. I’m happy with this purchase.

This collar is bright and pretty. Nicer than I thought. Goes on and off easily. Only worn for a week, so not sure of durability, but the clip seems secure. A little stiff and the dog is still getting used to it.
We have this collar for our yellow lab puppy. I love the color and pattern. It looks adorable on her. The downside is that it gets dirty very easily. I toss it in the washing machine and it gets reasonably clean again, but the fabric of the collar is looking worn and there is no way to fix that. I also find it gets loose when the puppy plays with my other dog and they pull on each other’s collar.

I love this collar, and my dog has gotten many compliments from other walkers. It is very durable.It is very strong, and I think it’s cooler around her neck than a leather collar. She is a VERY strong dog, and after 6 weeks of use every day, I find it superior in quality!
I ordered this collar for one of my dogs. This is just something that has to be replaced from time to time, and since my dog goes outside they get their collars filthy. My dog is medium sized, probably 25 lbs, and this collar adjusts to fit her as it has a wide range. Once in place, it holds. The band is the right width and the fabric is a good thickness. The collar is definitely durable, and it’s nice. I have no doubt she will have this collar for a while, looks washable too!
Just received this in the mail today! There was no delay in shipping and I got it. The color is as pictured and it’s super cute. My baby looks adorable in it. For reference she weighs 40 pounds and I got the large, it’s a bit loose which is what I wanted. The only real complaint I have is there is only one d-loop and it’s at an awkward spot. I wish they would have put two on there (I have another collar like this) or moved the loop away from the clip it really takes away from the aesthetic of the product. For that reason I took a star off. right now I have it on the adjustable piece until I sew another loop on the back of the collar.
