We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@finderarrow.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@finderarrow.com and include the evidence if required;
2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
3. You must provide a tracking number;
4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.

My favorite new cup! I actually got this for my husband but have borrowed it a ton too! He loves it to keep his cans cool in style, but I love it for my coffee! The design is amazing and it serves so many purposes. It’s small and compact, which is awesome for traveling.
Nice product. Works well. Only downside is when you put the top on it turns the can around so it’s hard to predict where the finger grooves will end up. I’d still recommend and would buy again.
I really wanted a nice coozie for pounders… this one is “almost” perfect. Construction is sound, it keeps beverages cold, threaded cap looks like it will last. The only problem is that there is excess play laterally inside the coozie. I traced the opening and cut a piece of cardboard to fit. Problem solved with a little leg work.
I bought this set for my daughter and her boyfriend. I added their names to it from another vendor. They hold bottles and cans. My daughters drink was left out on the table overnight, and it was still cold.

Keeps our beverages very cold. When sitting out in the HOT sun to sunbathe, it keeps a beer cold for over 20 minutes. I place the beer in the shade under my lawn chair though. Highly recommended to keep any beverage cold. Holds the beverage very snug.
Used this several times, it does keep canned drinks cool, also like that it can be used with other plastic drink containers with the provided insert. Bought one as a gift too
Finally I got this for my canned drinks. It’s been keeping my drinks cold for few hours… Tried and tested. I don’t like putting ice cubes in my drinks as ice will dilute it.
Great can cooler! It keeps my Bush heavy as cold as your mother in laws heart.
Fits all normal size cans, bottles and thin cans. Great for the beach or sitting outside in the summer!
I find that this works well for keeping my soda’s colder, longer. It does the job i needed it for. The only I took a star off, was the rubber holder at the top. On mine, when i push the can in, the rubber grip at the top actually rises up due to the pressure of the escaping air. Whatever was used to keep the rubber grip in place appears to be sub-par, as it doesn’t stay in place. Other than that, works to keep the drinks cold.
Haven’t gotten to test the time it keeps a drink cool when outside, I live in FL. But I am SO HAPPY this fits a 12oz bottle of beer, a 12oz can of beer and my slim cans such as White Claw. The fact that I can use this for all my drinks it’s so awesome. I would highly recommend it.
Best cooler ever! My boyfriend has one too. We both love them. They keep things cold for a VERY long time. They fit really nice in cup holders also. We are thinking of buying these for gifts for our entire family.
Love this drink holder. I use it for the skinny cans & bottles too. I have even bought a few for gifts for my friends that are drinking out of the skinny cans now.
A littler bit taller would be better.

Works well for bottles and cans – but it’s leaks with liquid directly in the cup between the top lid and rubber ring. I also imagine this will get worse over time if the rubber stretches at all causing the top lid to seal less. Which is unfortunate as I bought it to directly hold liquid while floating in the pool. I like the color and it shipped earlier than expected.

Love these cups! They’re super cute and seemed to work well. Only thing I don’t like about them is that the white already has scratch marks on it. Wish the color held up a little better.
So far, I’ve really enjoyed this can cooler. It does a great job keeping my drink cold, and holds the can in securely. With bottle, there is a little more wiggle room, but I found if you use on of the included coozies, you can put that around the bottle first, then put the bottle in the can cooler and it creates a more secure fit. So far it’s been a great product at an excellent price. I would definitely buy again.
I don’t normally add a review when a product has this many 5-star reviews, but this product deserves another review. We are completely pleased with these coolers. They work exactly as advertised, in our case keeping bottled beer cold even in Florida temperatures. There was a slight learning curve before we realized that the rubber/plastic grommet thingie unscrewed to make it easy to insert or remove a beer bottle… but that was our problem, not the product’s. If you purchase this I do not think you will be disappointed.
This stainless coolie cup will keep a can of anything cold for several hours! I’m not exaggerating. I left a cold can in one out overnight, and the next day it was still cold. It will maintain nearly the same temperature as the can was when pulled from it’s cooler or fridge for well over an hour. After that it super slowly loses its cold. It would take literally hours to reach room temperature. I am amazed at how well this works.
This is the best purchase I’ve made in a while. I recently started drinking A LOT of club soda to help me kick the cola habit, and one thing about seltzer is that it’s much less enjoyable when it gets a little warm or begins to lose its carbonation. This super-coozy keeps the cans cold for way longer than I expected, and while I haven’t tested it personally, I can’t imagine the other much more expensive brands can do better. It can be difficult to detect when it’s empty because of the weighted bottom, but I love this thing.
The price and the quality of this product is impressive! I wasn’t sure if it would truly keep my beverages cold because the price was so cheap. But I took a chance and am so glad I did! I was specifically looking for a product to hold my tall skinny cans and it works perfectly! The cooler does not sweat, so no rings to worry about on the tables. I was initially disappointed that only the lid is dishwasher safe, but for this price and quality, I have no problem hand washing! I took this on our boat and was happy that it fit inside the cup holder! Another win! I will be purchasing more of these!
